Glass

• Our glass products are designed to be durable and resistant to breakage. While breakage is rare, if the glass does become damaged, discontinue use immediately. To maintain its longevity, avoid placing extremely hot items directly on the glass. Additionally, avoid striking the glass with hard or pointed objects to prevent potential damage. With proper care, your glass will remain strong and elegant for years to come.
• For cleaning, do not use abrasive substances, scouring powders, or harsh chemicals, as they can scratch the glass. Instead, we recommend using a standard glass cleaner with a soft cloth to maintain its clarity and durability.

Metal

• Metal Care: Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or polishes on your new item. To keep it clean, just a quick dusting with a soft cotton towel or cloth will do the trick and avoid damaging the finish or scratching the surface. Smudges or smears can be removed by using a window cleaner or soft paper towel. Products are made for indoor use only.

• We maintain a moisture content of 8-12% in our wood.
• We use Hettich and Ebco fittings in our furniture.
• We do not use hard and harmful /Glossy chemical material on woods.
• We use NC lacquer and a water based sealer for a water resistant wood finish.
